SERVPRO has been so wonderful to us after we experienced a house fire. The staff have all been so friendly and professional. We had a small job but they treated us as though ours was the only job they had. They were very accommodating and put up with our 6 dogs! They were trustworthy, as we gave our house key to them and they came and went as they needed to without disrupting our lives. I would recommend them 110 %!

An auto parts manufacturing firm experienced a large fire loss. As a result of the fire, nearly 80,000 square feet of the space was affected by water from sprinklers and hoses combating the fire. The claim was reported to our office at 4:15 p.m. Immediately, our office called Team Elkins for response. Within an hour, a remediation plan was drafted, approved by staff and implemented. Because of the response time, the company did not miss a single work shift.
