Certified: SERVPRO Cleaned Program

7/24/2020 (Permalink)

When you are going through any time of emergency, especially dealing with viruses and germs, it is important to partner with a business that has decades of cleaning experience under their belts. During the COVID-19 outbreak, SERVPRO began the Certified: SERVPRO Cleaned Program to reflect our unique experience and capabilities. This program is made up of “The 3 C’s”.

The 3 C’s – Consult, Clean and Certify

Consult-

With every business being different, we send a Cleaning Protocol Consultant who is trained to help you figure out the best course of action for your business. They will then create a cleaning program that fits your individual needs exactly. This includes looking at your category of business, size, number of high touch points, incoming foot traffic and congestion points.

Clean-

Based on the cleaning program created for your businesses, your business then undergoes a deep clean using our exclusive cleaning products, by the CDC’s guidelines. With our employees having extensive cleaning experience and training, we will go beyond the scope of work your regular janitorial duties. These intensive cleanings typically include both porous and non-porous surfaces, disinfecting of equipment, tools and/or supplies. We also dispose of any hazardous materials.

Certify-

Once your businesses has underwent our Certified: SERVPRO Cleaned Program, we will post signage to give incoming customers and for your workers peace of mind that you have went beyond your normal cleaning standards to help make COVID “Like it never even happened.”  We will also date the signage so everyone knows that the cleaning was done regularly.
