How To Care For Reusable and Non Reusable Masks

Now that we are living in a world full of germ-x and face masks, it is important to know how to dispose of single use masks, and also how to properly wash reusable masks.

How to properly dispose of your single use mask:

Cut straps

Place soiled mask in plastic bag and tie up.

Throw plastic bag in with the regular trash.

How to wash cloth mask:

Store wet or dirty masks in plastic bag away from any clean masks.

Wash after each use, or at least once a day.

By washer-

You may include with regular laundry

Use regular detergent and washer settings unless otherwise listed on fabric label.

By hand-

Wash in regular tap water with laundry detergent or soap.

Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

You can dry your cloth mask in wither a dryer or air dry. If you are air drying your mask, you can hand, lay flat or put in direct sunlight for it to dry completely.
